1 - Commission Application
When commissions are open, you will be able to complete our commisson application form. If we show interest in your application, we will reply with an official quote and slot offer via Email. We do not take commissions on a first-come, first-serve basis so there is no rush to get your applications in before anyone else.ย
Keep in mind your application will serve as a guide to us, so ensure all your details and requests are clearly stated and you don't miss anything important!
We will open for commissions a few times a year, and once we have filled our slots, we will close commissions until the next opening.
2 - Payment/Acceptance
Upon being accepted, we will confirm any further details we need, and if everything is looking good, we will send your first invoice for a non-refundable deposit to secure a slot in our waiting queue.ย
This deposit will cover the cost of materials and expenses associated with your commission and does not secure a starting date, although we will give you an estimated wait time but this may vary.ย
Once fully paid off, you will be moved from our queue into the next available batch position, this is the time-frame where your commission will be officially started.
3 - Design
Before your batch date arrives, we will be in contact with you to complete forms to provide any measurements we require. This varies based on commission type but all fullsuits require a Duct Tape Dummy to be made and sent to us at your cost. Clear instructions and a list of supplies will be provided for making a valid DTD.
During this time, we will notify and negotiate with you if any colours or designs require change, and also ensure that you are going ahead with all the options stated on your commission application.ย
We may accept slight changes on your request such as expression or light marking updates before starting, but any large unannounced changes will be subject to extra fees or cancellation as your original quote will no longer be valid.
4 - Creation
You will be notified via Email when work officially commences on your suit. If any issues arise or we need further information, we will be in contact with you to confirm before continuing, but at this point, we most likely have all the details we need and will focus on producing the suit!ย
Now you can sit back and relax while we try our best to bring your character to life! You can follow active progress of your commission via our Telegram Channel or Trello. The general production time is 1-3 months from the first WIP photo.
5 - Shipping
Upon completion we will request shipping details, and once received, we will quote you for for the total shipping price. Your fursuit will be carefully packed alongside any swatches and relevant paperwork then sent off to it's new owner once the payment is cleared.
Suits that have been shipped will be officially marked as complete and moved out of it's batch position. We will post photos of it to our social media and you can enjoy wearing it to events, meets, cons or just the comfort of your own home!
