Engaging in personal conversations outside of this scope can lead to an overwhelming workload that affects both the quality of my work and my personal well-being. I appreciate your understanding in helping me maintain a healthy balance between my professional and personal commitments.
Please note that we do not tolerate any form of harassment and all communication must be held in a kind and friendly manner. Any instances of such behavior may result in commission cancellation and being blacklisted from working with us in the future.

We require a 40% non-refundable deposit for all commissions. This deposit is a commitment to working with us and generally covers the cost of materials and expenses associated with your commission. An invoice will be generated and sent to you via email and must be paid within 7 days to move forward in our process.
Once the deposit is received, your position in the queue is secured, and we'll kick-start the journey towards bringing your fursuit to life. This deposit ensures a commitment from both parties and allows us to allocate the necessary resources for your commission.
When a deposit has been confirmed, a reference and character name will be added into our Trello queue as a card. Our queue follows no particular order and is just a record of approved commission applications awaiting full payment.
Once a commission has been fully paid, you will leave our queue and we will allocate your commission to one of our batches to give you an idea of when your project might start, we have 4 batches a year, these are also on our Trello. You will be notified of which batch you have been placed in via Email.
At any point during your allocated batch date, you will receive an email when we have started physical work on your project. Typically, a commission will be complete 3-6 months after work is started, but this can be longer based on complexity and project size, and in some cases, may be complete a lot earlier than this.
These dates are approximate and subject to change based on various factors. There may be times we need to move around commissions or push entire batches back, we will be try our best to keep everyone involved notified.
We would also like it to be clear that our queue won't always be instantly updated, it is best to refer to Emails for accurate updates, we may miss moving cards or be busy to make larger changes to our queue for it to always happen in real time.
We offer worldwide shipping (conditions apply)
All commissions are sent via Express Post and delivery times vary by location
The commissioner is responsible for all shipping costs, you will be invoiced once we receive a shipping quote
Shipping costs are on average $100 to $400 AUD so keep this in mind
The commissioner is responsible for any local state or customs fees which are not included
We refuse to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers for safety reasons
Once we have sent your commission in the mail, it is no longer our responsibility and all issues related to shipping must be organised between the commissioner and postal service. Lost or damaged items are non-refundable, but in the event we are able to make a postal insurance claim, we may be able to remake any lost parts or process a partial refund, otherwise we cannot help with this.
While we strive to make all commissions fit snug and comfortably, every single one is hand crafted and tailored by a single person. We work to the best of our ability to ensure a comfortable fitment, but the following applies:
Due to the hand-crafted nature of our suits, we cannot guarantee perfect dimensional accuracy
Incorrect sizing (our error) may be returned and adjusted via our Repair Policy
Incorrectly provided measurements (commissioners error) may be refused repair or incur extra charges
When it comes to materials, we have a set list of regular suppliers that we work with. This means that we don't take requests to purchase from commissioner-chosen sources. In some rare cases, we may allow you to provide custom material for any unique or custom features such as printed fabrics or a limited run fur that you already have, but we are likely to stick to projects not requiring the exchange of materials we are unfamiliar with.
We may spend weeks or even months just putting our focus into the creative process to make smooth progress and keep up with our queue, this means that communication and updates may be slow.
Excessive progress inquiries can slow us down. Please monitor Trello and Emails for important updates and to keep track of overall progress. We will inform you when a project is started, if we encounter any issues, or when we complete major parts.
Kindly note that we do not offer on-demand photos during the crafting process due to focused work, limited time availability, and the need to maintain creative privacy, but rest assured, we will still provide progress photos via our Telegram channel, but these will be at our own discretion.
We obtain the right to use any photos taken during creation or after creation for our own marketing, advertisement, website, portfolio and social medias unless you request for privacy, in which we'll communicate first.
Queue status, can be found via our Trello
Please reach out to us if you have any financial complications during a commission, we would much rather offer help and assistance before completely cancelling a project! This could mean payment extensions or changes in batch dates. In the event of any threats or harassment, we reserve the right to cancel a commission and make any valid refunds at our own discretion.
Our 40% deposit is non-refundable under most conditions. Once you make a commitment to working with us by placing a deposit, you agree that you are financially committed to paying off a commission slot and we are under no obligation to prove your ability to afford a project, this is up to the commissioner.
Refunds depend on the progress of your suit and the reason given. A refund request must follow our policy to be valid and we will try our best to offer solutions. In the event of a partial refund, we may offer completed parts to you (you must cover shipping), otherwise we reserve the right to make edits and sell completed parts.
In the event you choose to cancel a commission and request a refund;
Full refund minus 40% deposit for suits that have not been started
Partial refund minus 40% deposit for suits that are partially complete
No refunds for suits over 70% complete, this is too far into the production stage to cancel
Completed projects can't be refunded, so any requests for updates or changes must be made during the construction process or may be subject to our Repairs and Warranty Policy.
If your fursuit requires repair due to manufacturing defects or material issues within 3 months of delivery, we will provide complimentary repairs where the commissioner will only pay for shipping to us and we will cover the cost to return.
However, repairs due to accidents, misuse, or alterations performed by anyone other than us will be subject to repair charges based on an hourly rate + materials.
This also involves commissioners providing incorrect measurements and requiring sizing adjustments.
We have a right to refuse repair due to any of the following:
Modifications to our suits by other makers
Causing damage due to improper care
Attempting charge back scams
Displaying a negative public image with any of our products (racism, sexism, illegal activity, harassment etc.)
For any repair inquiries, please contact us with information of your issue. We will assess the repair needs and provide you with a cost estimate if required.
Both scamming and negative behavior against us or our products will result in a blacklist from all future commissions.
