Commissioners must be 18 or older. We do not work with minors under any circumstances for custom projects. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their application cancelled and may be blacklisted from commissioning us in the future.
By commissioning us, you agree to our full Terms of Service. Breaches may result in application cancellation and removal from our queue, subject to any non-refundable payments.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason. Our work is a luxury product and we may decline a commission or application at our own discretion.
Harassment, abuse or unsafe behaviour will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist. We expect respectful and clear communication at all times.
We are not liable for any injuries, damages or losses related to wearing or using our products. All responsibility transfers to the commissioner once the product leaves our studio.
We do not work with deadlines. All suits are hand-crafted and timelines may vary. We can offer general time-frames, but no completion dates are guaranteed.
Our Terms may be updated at any time. You will be subject to the version active at the time of commissioning, and we will only contact you about major changes if absolutely necessary.
Commission, Project, Costume - Refers to the suits we make
Commissioner, Customer, You - Refers to anyone working with us
Quote - Refers to a calculated price estimate
Queue - Refers to waitlist of accepted commissions
Batch - Refers to a time period that we categorise commissions
Trello - The software we use for managing commissions
As of 2026, all commissioners will be REQUIRED to have a valid Telegram account. This can be easily created using your phone number, and allows us to send milestone updates, any commission related questions, and prevents scams or false applications. Failing to provide a valid Telegram account during application will result in a rejection, although you will have a chance to re-apply at any point if that is the only reason. Emails previously caused delays, issues with communication, and complications with invoices and notifications not being delivered.
While we're committed to providing you with a smooth commission experience, all commissioners must keep communication commission-focused and respectful. We do not tolerate any form of harassment and all communication must be held in a kind and friendly manner. Any instances of such behavior may result in commission cancellation and being blacklisted from working with us in the future.
If a commissioner becomes unresponsive without reason, work on the commission or their position in the queue may be cancelled or delayed at our discretion.
All quotes and invoices are sent via Square
Official quotes are sent within 14 days of a quote application
Receiving a quote from us does NOT guarantee you a commission slot
Accepting a quote before it's expiry date will submit the quote into the commission opening
If you do not accept your quote, you simply won't be entered into the opening and can re-apply next time
We require a high resolution reference sheet for all commissions, extra art pieces can be sent to assist in the design process and understanding the details of a character, but a 2-3 side minimum fully detailed reference sheet, excluding gradients and shading, must be provided. We do not accept any AI-generated, stolen, copyrighted or VR-avatar references. If a character is not fursuit-friendly, we will notify you and can offer assistance.
Design changes after work has begun on any commission may incur extra fees or cause a commission slot to be cancelled if found to be unreasonable. If you require any design, colour or character changes before physical work begins, please contact us via Telegram. Please keep in mind we will not be able to accept all change requests.
All invoices are now handled through Square for a smoother and reliable payment experience. Square automatically records your payment, we no longer require the use of reference numbers, PayID information, manual transfers or confusing fees.
Australian and International Commissioners, can now both pay invoices using;
Debit/Credit Card
Apple Pay / Google Pay ( when supported )
We require a 40% non-refundable deposit paid within 48 hours for all commissions. This deposit confirms your commitment to working with us, covers the cost of materials and preparation, and secures your commission slot, preventing the slot from being offered to other applicants.
The remaining 60% balance is required to secure your position in the queue and no physical or digital work will begin until this payment is received. For pay-in-full commissions, this balance is due within 7 days, giving you the flexibility to pay immediately with your deposit or complete payment anytime within the week. For payment plans, the remaining balance must be paid within 90 days for 3 month plans.
We do not accept PayPal, crypto, trades or any alternative payment methods outside of our Square invoicing.
Payment Plan Eligibility;
$3,000+ AUD commissions qualify for a 3-month payment plan
Maximum payment plan length of 3 months
Extra repayments can be made at any time on your invoice to shorten the plan
Payment Plans;
As of 2026, we will begin to phase out 6 month payment plans to align with our new system and time-frames.
Payment plans are based on the cost and complexity of your commission. If the commission qualifies, you will see estimated repayments before submitting your personal details on our quote application form.
After a deposit is paid, installment notifications are issued every 30 days until your balance reaches $0. If you're unable to make a payment, please contact us on Telegram. In most cases we can adjust or extend a due date within reason to help you keep your slot. However repeated changes or unreasonable requests may result in cancellation of your commission and in most cases, giving up your 40% deposit.
When commissioning us, your basic commission information will be publicly added to our Trello queue
Queue order does not always reflect work order, but we follow the principle of first-paid, first-made
Full payment is required before any physical or digital work is started
Our current turnaround time from final payment is less than 12 months
Most projects typically finish 3-6 months after the first WIP post, but this varies as we attempt to reduce this
We no longer work to a 'batch' system, where we previously aimed to do 4 batch openings a year on a recurring schedule, we now work to a system where we aim to regularly open. The target is to shift into a monthly opening for 1-2 slots.
We have a specific established style, which naturally evolves over time. If our current style does not suit your desires with a fursuit, we kindly ask that you do not apply for a commission with us as we will not alter our artistic approach for individual commissions and will always follow our style.
We do not create styles outside of our scope, including kemono, hyper-realistic suits, or any style intended to mimic another maker. If you want a suit that looks like another makers's work, we encourage you to commission them directly.
We will not recreate copyrighted characters, other people's characters without permission, or designs that conflict with our artistic boundaries. While we may entertain the idea of styled commissions based on videogames, cartoons and pop-culture, we have a strict policy on providing 'themed' commissions only and no direct imitations. Any resemblance to a copyrighted character is not intentional and will always be intended as a parody or one-off inspiration.
The current Terms of Service password for commission applications is: calico
We offer worldwide shipping (conditions apply)
You will have the option of Standard or Express shipping via Australia Post
All commissions are shipped fully insured with tracking and signature-on-delivery
For insurance purposes, commissions may be shipped in multiple parcels
Residential addresses ONLY; no PO boxes or parcel lockers
We will request shipping address via Telegram when a commission is complete
The commissioner is responsible for all shipping costs and any customs/import fees
You will receive a shipping quote via Telegram, followed by a Square invoice for payment
Once shipped, liability transfers to the commissioner
If a parcel is lost or damaged we will lodge an insurance claim with the courier to seek compensation. If the claim is successful, you may choose either a remake of the commission (where possible) or a refund of the full commission value, including your deposit. Remaking a commission will require a new slot and will involve a standard wait-time.
If an insurance claim is unsuccessful, for example; due to damage caused by local customs, destruction after arrival, damage occuring after opening or insufficient evidence for a claim (rare for Auspost), we are unable to provide a refund or remake without full re-payment.
We will not store suits long-term once completed, shipping must be paid within a reasonable time-frame. We offer longer time-frames for international clients due to higher taxes and fees as we want to ensure a suit doesn't sit in customs for extended periods of time. If we have to store a commission without any valid reason, we will begin to charge a $5 a day fee at our discretion. This fee will be added ontop of your shipping charge invoice whenever you are able to pay.
While we work hard to ensure every commission fits comfortably, all suits are hand-crafted by a single maker and may have minor variations. The following applies;
Due to the handmade nature of our work, perfect dimensional accuracy cannot be guaranteed
If sizing issues occur due to our error, the commission may be returned for adjustment under our Repair Policy
If sizing issues occur due to incorrect measurements provided by the commissioner, repairs may be refused or may incur additional charges
We source our materials from a set list of trusted suppliers. We will not purchase from commissioner-selected sources. In some rare cases, we may accept commissioner-provided specialty materials (e.g. printed fabrics or limited run furs), but this is evaluated case-by-case and is generally discouraged to avoid quality or compatibility issues and to ensure we can follow our standard process.
We may spend extended periods of time focused solely on building and producing our commissions to maintain smooth progress throughout our queue. Because of this, communication and updates may occasionally be slow.
Updates are provided at major milestones via Telegram
Our Telegram and Trello are the primary sources of accurate updates, photos and progress
As of 2026, all commission-specific WIP photos will also be available on Trello cards
We will notify you when your physical work has started, if any issues arise, and if we have any questions
We reserve the right to use any photos taken during or after creation for marketing, advertising, portfolio, website and social media purposes unless you request privacy in advance (fees may apply for obscuration).
If you experience financial difficulties during your commission, please contact us as early as possible via Telegram. We are often able to offer support such as payment extensions or invoice adjustments. However any threats, harassment or abusive behaviour will result in immediate cancellation and any refunds will be handled at our discretion.
Your 40% deposit is non-refundable under most circumstances. By paying this deposit you acknowledge that you are financially committed to the commission and responsible for ensuring you can afford working with us. Refund eligibility depends on the progress of your suit and the reason for the request:
Not started - refund minus the 40% deposit
Partially complete - partial refund based on progress minus the 40% deposit
Over 70% complete - no refund
Completed suits - no refund
If a partial refund is issued, we may offer any completed parts to you (shipping at your expense). Otherwise we reserve the right to alter and resell any completed parts or commissions. Refunds may be denied in cases of harassment, chargeback attempts or violations of our Terms of Service, as well as a lack of communication with us when issuing a refund.
If your fursuit requires repair due to manufacturing defects or material issues within 3 months of delivery, we will provide complimentary repairs where the commissioner will only pay for shipping to us and we will cover the cost to return.
However, repairs due to accidents, misuse, or alterations performed by anyone other than us will be subject to repair charges based on an hourly rate + materials, which also includes commissioners providing incorrect measurements and requiring sizing adjustments.
We have a right to refuse repair due to any of the following;
Modifications to our suits by other makers
Causing damage due to improper care
Attempting charge back scams
Displaying a negative public image with any of our products (racism, sexism, illegal activity, harassment etc.)
For any repair inquiries, please contact us with information of your issue. We will assess the repair needs and provide you with a cost estimate if required.
Both scamming and negative behavior against us or our products will result in a blacklist from all future commissions.
